Beta Google and Outlook, one week

Plan the week. Then actually live it.

WeekNav puts your priorities, every calendar you use and an AI planner on one screen. Drag what matters into real time, and a 10-minute weekly review shows you what worked.

Free plan · 14-day Pro Plus trial · No card needed

The difference

Most planners run your day. WeekNav runs your week.

A day is too short to see whether you're working on the right things. WeekNav plans at the level where priorities actually play out, and keeps the score.

Typical planner

  • One calendar provider, often one account
  • A to-do list for today, nothing for the week
  • No record of where the hours really went
  • AI that reshuffles your calendar out of sight

WeekNav

  • Google and Outlook, any number of accounts, in one grid
  • A Week Focus, three priorities and lanes from Today to 3 Years
  • Hours by category, tagged automatically, in decimal hours
  • AI proposes the plan; nothing changes until you accept
How it works

One loop, every week.

01

Capture

Type, talk or share from any app. "Call Dan Thu 2pm 30m #sales" becomes a card and a calendar block.

02

Plan

Set the Week Focus, sort cards into lanes, then drag them onto the calendar, or let Claude propose the week.

03

Execute

Today builds itself from your blocks, planned cards and anything that slipped yesterday. Check it off as you go.

04

Review

A guided 10-minute review scores plan against actual and sets next week's focus. Then the loop starts again.

Features

Everything the week needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Two-way calendar sync

Connect work and personal Google and Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com accounts. Changes show up within a minute, both ways.

Plan my week, with Claude

Reads your focus, open cards, habits and free time across every calendar, then proposes blocks you can accept, adjust or discard.

Hours that tag themselves

Every event lands in a category by your rules, or you pick one on the event.

AutoSalesMarketing+ your ownUntracked

Guided weekly review

Cards done, habits hit, plan versus actual hours, and an honest read on what moved. Ends with next week's focus.

Habits with weekly targets

"Outreach calls, 5 times a week." Each block counts toward the target, and the chip turns green when you hit it.

Accountability partner

Share your week or your review with a coach or partner, read-only, and revoke it anytime.

Your calendar stays yours

Built like it's holding your week.

Titles and times only

WeekNav reads event titles, times and status. It never stores descriptions or attendee lists.

Encrypted connections

Google and Microsoft access is encrypted at rest with a key per workspace, and revoked when you disconnect.

Walled-off data

Database-level isolation means one account can never read another's rows.

Never sold, never trained on

No ads, no data brokers, and your data is not used to train AI models.

Pricing

Start free. Upgrade when it's working.

Every plan includes web, iPhone and Android apps.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I use Google Calendar and Outlook at the same time?

Yes. Connect any mix of Google, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com accounts. Events from all of them appear in one grid, and you choose which calendar new blocks are written to.

Will WeekNav change my calendar without asking?

No. WeekNav writes only the blocks you create or accept. AI proposals appear as dashed previews until you accept them, and every change is logged.

What does the AI see?

Your Week Focus, your cards and the titles, times and categories of your events. Never event descriptions or attendee emails. Requests go to Anthropic's Claude models, which do not train on your data. You can turn AI off.

My company uses Microsoft 365 and I can't connect.

Some organizations require an IT admin to approve calendar apps. Send them our page for IT admins; approval takes a minute.

Which devices does it work on?

Any modern browser, installable as an app on desktop and phone, plus native iPhone, iPad and Android apps at launch.

When can I start?
